I have recently joined CFC so I don't really have any experience. However, I am an active member and post quite frequently.
Additional Comments:
I would love to be part of CFC staff because I am on this site a lot so I am a very active member. I have not been banned from anything on this or anything along those lines. I consider myself a nice person and I hope you accept my application. Thank you. :)

Criteria 2: Current/recent warnings and bans.

No bans or warnings. Status: PASSED

Criteria 3: Barred from Staff.

Not barred. Status: PASSED

Comments from Evaluator

You do not meet one of the requirements for becoming a staff member.
You have not offered a good reason that this requirement should be waived in your case.
Your posts and forum activity up to this point suggest you would be a suitable candidate for consideration for the position of Forum Helper.
You do not give any indication of which areas you would enjoy moderating.

Decision

Your application is herebey rejected. However you may reapply when you have met Criteria 1 and would stand a good chance of being approved should your behaviour and posting on the forum continue as it currently is.

You may also wish to consider clarifying exactly which bits of the site you would like to help with. We want people to help with certain sections more than others.

This thread will remain open to allow this application to be discussed and perhaps reconsidered after the 30 day activity limit is passed.

I must have missed the part about being an active member for 30 days, sorry. But thank you, I will certainly try again once I have been a member for 30 days and take your notes into consideration. I would love to be part of staff so i'll keep trying. :) thanks.

Chosen section(s): I would like to be in any of these sections, if possible all of them: Ask Phoebe, Religion and Philosophy, Games, General Chat, Charmed and Cast and General Charmed Chat. Although what ever I am allocated to will be fine.
Experience:
I have been at CFC for a month now. I am an active member and have very recently received the Charmed Favorite Award as you know. I post very frequently.

By default we all receive a green username. I believe you would be a very good forum helper although moderating all those sections will probably not be possible as others including myself moderate some of them. I could use a hand with religion and philosophy and games. And you will moderate Welcome centre, Help & Feedback and the staff section along with other staff if you get accepted. Good luck!

Decision

Your application is hereby accepted. You will be assigned boards based on your preference and on the areas where we have vacancies for a junior staff member to supervise.

You will be on probation for a period of one month (30 days), which is standard for a brand new member of staff. The other staff will be able to comment on your performance and vote to keep you as a Helper (or not) during this time. The discussion and vote will be open for you to view in the Staff Lounge, though the votes cast will be anonymous.
